Purchase Terms

These terms apply to your purchase and use of The Order. Please read them before buying.

1. The product

The Order is a digital financial-organisation system. The current package includes the product manual, Quick Start Guide, implementation workspace, worksheets and supporting digital material described on the sales and checkout pages. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.

2. Price, checkout, and taxes

The advertised launch price is US$67 through 5 August 2026 and US$97 from 6 August 2026. The price and offer displayed at Gumroad checkout at the time you place the order control the transaction. Any applicable tax, currency conversion, or other checkout charge will be shown before payment.

Gumroad operates the checkout as merchant of record and processes payment, tax, receipt, and first-line transaction support under its own terms. You will have an opportunity to review and correct checkout information before submitting the order, and Gumroad will issue the purchase confirmation.

3. Delivery and access

Delivery is digital and normally begins immediately after successful payment through the receipt page, email, or Gumroad Library. No physical item is shipped. If access does not arrive or a supplied file cannot be opened, contact info@runtheorder.com with the purchase email and order details so we can investigate.

4. Personal-use licence

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the supplied materials for your own financial organisation. You may make reasonable personal backup copies and populate the supplied tools with your own information.

You may not resell, sublicense, publish, share, distribute, upload, reproduce for others, remove ownership notices from, or commercially exploit the product or substantial parts of it. Purchase does not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual property.

5. Educational information—not advice

The Order provides general educational and organisational information. It is not personalised financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, insurance, credit, or regulated professional advice. Examples are illustrative, not promises or forecasts. Investment values can rise or fall, and outcomes depend on your circumstances and decisions.

You remain responsible for evaluating information, checking current rules and product terms, and obtaining appropriately licensed professional advice before acting where needed. The Order does not hold or manage your money, execute transactions, recommend a specific security, or guarantee savings, income, returns, or any other result.

6. Refunds and transaction issues

The refund policy displayed at Gumroad checkout forms part of your purchase. To request help or a refund, reply to the Gumroad receipt or email info@runtheorder.com. Refund requests and payment disputes are administered through Gumroad in accordance with the displayed policy, Gumroad’s rules, and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Availability and updates

We may correct errors, improve the materials, or change future versions and pricing. Your purchase covers the files and access described at checkout. We do not promise that every third-party platform, link, tool, or financial product mentioned will remain available or unchanged.

8. Responsibility and liability

Use the product with appropriate judgment and backups. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Order is supplied without a guarantee that it will be suitable for every purpose or produce a particular outcome. The Order is not responsible for losses arising solely from market movement, third-party products or services, unauthorised redistribution, or decisions made without considering your circumstances.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without removing mandatory protections that apply to you under another applicable consumer law. If a concern arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it promptly.

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms made available at the time of your order apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law or benefits you.
